Biography
Janusz Danecki OFMConv (* 8. September 1951 in Sochaczew, Polen) ist ein polnischer Ordensgeistlicher und Weihbischof in Campo Grande.
Leben
Janusz Danecki trat der Ordensgemeinschaft der Minoriten bei und legte am 5. September 1971 die zeitliche Profess ab. Am 8. Dezember 1975 legte er die ewige Profess ab. Danecki empfing am 19. Juni 1977 das Sakrament der Priesterweihe.
Am 25. Februar 2015 ernannte ihn Papst Franziskus zum Titularbischof von Regiae und bestellte ihn zum Weihbischof in Campo Grande. Der Erzbischof von Campo Grande, Dimas Lara Barbosa, spendete ihm am 1. Mai desselben Jahres die Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren waren der Erzbischof von Manaus, Sérgio Eduardo Castriani CSSp, und der Bischof von Anápolis, Jan Kazimierz Wilk OFMConv.
