Biography
Jane Elizabeth Mills is an Australian-New Zealand academic and as of 2019 is a full professor and pro-vice chancellor at Massey University.
Academic career
After a 2006 PhD titled 'Australian rural nurses' experiences of mentoring : a constructivist grounded theory study' at the Monash University, Mills completed an MBA at Imperial College, Londonbefore moving to the Massey University, rising to full professor. Mills is also an adjunct professor at James Cook University.
Mills' best known work relates to constructivist grounded theory.
