Biography
Jan Greve Skjoldborg (født 1832 i Hamre, død 16. desember 1901) var amtmann i Kristians amt fra 1878 til 1900. Skjoldborg holdt til på Lillehammer. Hans kone Johanne Petronelle Skjoldborg var født ca. 1837 i Trondheim.
Før han ble utnevnt til amtmann, arbeidet Skjoldborg blant annet som kopist (1854), byråsjef (1865) og ekspedisjonssjef (1869) i Indredepartementet, og bodde da i Christiania. Som pensjonist flytta han tilbake til hovedstaden.
