ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ କୁଅଁର, ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ମର୍ଦ୍ଦଳ ବାଦକ ଓ ଗୁରୁ । ସେ ଆକାଶବାଣୀର ଜଣେ ଏ ଗ୍ରେଡ଼ ଶିଳ୍ପୀ । ଓଡ଼ିଶୀ ତାଳବାଦ୍ୟର ପ୍ରଥମ ପୁସ୍ତକ "ମର୍ଦ୍ଦଳ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ" ତାଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା ରଚିତ । ସେ ଉତ୍କଳ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ପିଜି କାଉନସିଲର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ପତ୍ନୀ ମହାପାତ୍ର ମିନତି ଭଞ୍ଜଙ୍କ ସହ ମିଶି, ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ କୁଅଁର ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ "ନାଦ ବ୍ରହ୍ମ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ମହୋତ୍ସବ" ନାମକ ଏକ ସଂଗୀତ ଭିତ୍ତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରନ୍ତି ।
