Jack Blackford (born 13 May 1998) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays for Marske United as a winger.
Career
Blackford progressed through the youth teams at Hartlepool United and made his professional debut on 16 April 2016 in a 2–1 victory against York City. In 2016, Blackford had a trials at Manchester City and Aston Villa. Blackford also went on trial with Rangers in May 2017, playing for the Scottish club's U20s in the HKFC Soccer Sevens.
In October 2017, Blackford moved to Northern League Division One side Shildon on a short-term loan deal.
Blackford has his contract cancelled by mutual consent in January 2018 to pursue a football career over in America. Blackford later went back on trial with Hartlepool four months later after his move to America fell through.
Blackford signed for Northern League Division One side Shildon at the start of the 2018/19. He scored on his debut against Stockton Town and then scored a hat-trick in his second game against Guisborough Town. In February 2019, Blackford moved up a division when he signed for Northern Premier League Division One East side Marske United.
