Biography
Ingeborg Olava Midttun (født 5. september 1930) er en lokalpolitiker for Høyre i Oslo.
Midttun var Oslos byråd for administrasjon 1985-87, i byrådet til Hans Svelland. Hun gikk ut av byrådet i forbindelse med at Fremskrittspartiet ble med i et byrådssamarbeid ved årsskiftet 1987/1988.
Før hun ble byråd var Midttun førstekonsulent i Forbruker- og administrasjonsdepartementet, og medlem i Oslo bystyre. Hun har tidligere vært formann i Høyres bydelsforening på Bøler. I perioden 2007-11 satt hun i bydelsutvalget i bydel Nordstrand.
