Biography
Igor Pavlovich Farkhutdinov (Russian: Игорь Павлович Фархутдинов) (April 16, 1950 — August 20, 2003) was governor of Sakhalin Oblast, Russia during 1995-2003.
He died in a helicopter crash on August 20, 2003.
As governor, he was preceded by Yevgeny Krasnoyarov and succeeded by Ivan Malakhov.
