Biography
Ian Phillips (s. 9. helmikuuta 1951) on brittiläinen entinen Virginin Formula 1 -tallin operaatiivinen johtaja.
Phillips työskenteli vuodesta 1990 lähtien Jordanilla ja myöhemmin Midlandilla, Spykerilla ja Force Indialla kaupallisten asioiden hoitajana.
Helmikuussa 2011 Phillips nimettiin Virgin -tallin operatiiviseksi johtajaksi.
