Biography
Hugh Roger Mortimer LVO (19 September 1949 – 23 January 2016) was a former British diplomat.
He was educated at Cheltenham College, the University of Surrey (BSc, Linguistics) and King's College London (MA, War Studies). He served as British Ambassador to Slovenia from 2001-2005.
