Horacio D. Rozanski (born c. 1969) is an Argentine-born American businessman. He serves as the president and chief executive officer of Booz Allen Hamilton.
Early life
Horacio D. Rozanski was born in Argentina circa 1969. He earned a bachelor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, and a master in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Career
Rozanski began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an intern. He was its Chief Human Officer from 2002 to 2010, and he became its Chief Strategy and Talent Officer in 2010. He also served as its executive vice president from 2009 to 2011, and as its chief operating officer from 2011 to 2014. He has served as its president since January 1, 2014 and as its chief executive officer since January 1, 2015. He earned more than US$3.5 million in 2016.
Rozanski serves on the board of directors of the Center for Talent Innovation.

Rozanski is married.
