Hinematau Naomi McNeill is a New Zealand academic, are Māori, of Tapuika descent and as of 2019 is a full professor at the Auckland University of Technology.
Academic career
After a 2007 PhD titled 'Te hau ora o naga kaumatau o Tuhoe: a study of Tuhoe kaumatau mental wellness' at the Auckland University of Technology, McNeill rose to full professor.
