Helga Myrseth (født 1978 i Oslo) er psykolog og har tidligere jobbet som forsker og postdoktor ved Universitetet i Bergen.
Myrseth tok doktorgrad ved Universitetet i Bergen i 2011 der hennes doktorgradsavhandling hadde tittelen Pathological Gambling. Treatment and Personality Factors.
Hennes artikkel "Problematic Video Game Use: Estimated Prevalence and Associations with Mental and Physical Health" er per februar 2024 sitert over 800 ganger ifølge Google Scholar.
