Biography
হারুনর রশিদ খান একজন বাংলাদেশী শিক্ষাবিদ এবং বরিশাল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সর্বপ্রথম ও প্রাক্তন উপাচার্য। তিনি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মৃত্তিকা, পানি ও পরিবেশ বিভাগের একজন অধ্যাপক। ২০১১ সালে বরিশাল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় প্রতিষ্ঠিত হলে তিনি সেখানে ২০১১ থেকে ২০১৫ সাল পর্যন্ত উপাচার্যের দায়িত্ব পালন করেন।
ব্যক্তিগত জীবন
হারুনর রশিদ খান জনাব আব্দুল কাদের এবং মিসেস এইচ. খাতুন এর একমাত্র সন্তান। তিনি ১৯৬২ সালের ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পটুয়াখালী জেলার বাউফল উপজেলার বিলবিলাশ গ্রামে জন্মগ্রহন করেন।
