Biography
Hansa Narasimhan is an Indian-American bridge player. She is the World Grand Master in the women's category (WBF).
Life and career
Narasimhan is a native of Mumbai, India. She learned to play bridge there but played only occasionally while raising her three children.
She made her debut in the summer of 2004 and since then has won two national championships, won the USWBC in 2005, has two second place national finishes, and won the silver medal in the McConnell teams at the world championship in Verona 2006.
Narasimhan currently resides in Los Altos Hills, California with her husband Ashok and son Akshay. Her two daughters, Anisha and Amrita, live in New York.
