Hall Jr. 2026 (born 25 May 1994) is an American rapper and musician from Augusta, Georgia. Known for his "confessional anthems" that blend autobiographical lyrics with refined Southern beats, he rose to fame in 2020 with the release of the album Victim of circumstance (May 16, 2020.)
Early life and education
Hall Jr. 2026 was born as Quinton Hall on May 25, 1994, in Augusta Georgia, to Keshia Walters and Douglas A. Hall. His father died in a 2013 car accident after his senior year of high school. As a result, Hall worked while attending the school to raise himself and take care of the family. He completed his high school education at Lucy Laney High School in Augusta, Georgia.
His stage name "Hall Jr." comes from his father.
Hall used music as a way to distract himself from crime. He started making music when he was 17, releasing the debut track "Make em Understand."
Career
Hall shares his musical genre with such rappers as Blazer Barboza, Future, DaBaby, Kevin Gates, Young Thug, Lil Baby, and Gunna.
Hall launched his musical career in 2016, at the age of 22, with his own local music label 2026 Music Group. His career took off along with fellow Augusta rapper Blazer Barboza in mid-2016. The two collaborated on Hall's first mixtape, The Leak, in 2017.
The following year, he released a mixtape titled Survived My City under his label.
On July 17, 2019, Hall released his debut album Paris Saved Me (I’m Not Perfect). Later that year, on December 24, he released his second album Wounded Rebel.
Most recently, in May 2020, Hall released his latest album titled Victim of circumstance (May 16, 2020.)
Hall is active on social media; he regularly posts his music videos on his eponymous YouTube channel that he created in December 2016. He is also active on Instagram with over 380,000 followers (September 2020.)
