Brigjen. Pol. Dr. Drs. Guruh Ahmad Fadiyanto, M.H. (lahir Juli 1967) adalah seorang perwira tinggi Polri yang sejak 2 Agustus 2023 menjabat sebagai Kepala BNNP Sulawesi Selatan.
Guruh, lulusan Akpol 1989 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang reserse. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Kepala BNNP Sulawesi Barat.
