Η Γκιουλφέμ Χατούν (Οθ. Τούρκικα:کلفام خاتون) (Τούρκικα: Gülfem Hatun, 1492 - 1561 ή 1562) ήταν η έβδομη σύζυγος του σουλτάνου Βαγιαζίτ Β΄ της Οθωμανικής Αυτοκρατορίας.
