Biography
龔心銘，安徽省廬州府合肥縣人，清朝政治人物、進士出身。父親是曾任大清出使英國欽差大臣的龔照瑗。
光緒十八年（1892年），参加光緒壬辰科殿試，登進士二甲92名。同年五月，改翰林院庶吉士。光緒二十九年四月，散館，著以部属用。
