Biography
Giacomo di Antonio Giannini adalah seorang politikus San Marino yang pernah menjabat sebagai Wali Kapten, yaitu salah satu dari dua kepala negara Republik San Marino yang dipilih setiap enam bulan. Ia menjabat dari tanggal 1 Oktober 1548 hingga 1 April 1549 bersama dengan Francesco di Sebastiano Onofri.
