Biography
George Douglas BUCHANAN [bukanan] (naskiĝis la 23-an de julio 1874 en Glasgow, mortis la 26-an de aŭgusto 1941) estis skota esperantisto, astronomo kaj komercisto. Li estis vicprezidanto de Brita Astronomia Asocio kaj konsilanto de Reĝa Filozofia Societo, ambaŭ en Glasgow. Li estis prezidanto kaj poste honora prezidanto de Glasgow-a Esperanto-Societo. De 1936 ĝis 1939 li estis prezidanto de Brita Esperanto-Asocio. Li verkis multajn propagandajn artikolojn.
