Biography
高翻，字飛雀，渤海蓨縣（今河北省景縣東）人，南北朝時期北魏官员，高欢的叔父。北燕吏部尚書、中書令高泰之曾孫。北魏寧西右將軍高湖之孫。侍御史高謐之子。高树生之弟。
高翻以器度知名，官至侍御中散。东魏元象年间，赠假黄钺、大将军、太傅、太尉、录尚书事，谥孝宣公。
後代
子高岳，字洪略，北齊太保、清河昭武王。高岳子高勱，字敬德，隋朝洮州刺史、樂安侯。高勱子高士廉。
