Flemming Mikkelsen (føddur 21. november 1930 í Vági) er ein fyrrverandi føroyskur politikari. Hann var býráðslimur í Vágs býráð frá 1976 til 1984. Hann sat á Løgtinginum fyri Suðuroynna frá 1978 til 1994, og aftur frá 1998 til 2002.
