Liu Leyan (Hanzi: 刘乐妍, lahir di Taiwan, 23 Maret 1983; umur 37 tahun) adalah seorang pemeran dan penyanyi asal Taiwan. Ia sempat masuk grup vokal perempuan Fantasy 4 dengan sebutan Fanny. Pada tahun-tahun belakangan, ia pindah ke Tiongkok daratan untuk menjalani karier akting dan kerap memposting pidato-pidato politik pro-Tiongkok di Weibo. Ia juga membintangi film 2008 Help Me Eros dan film 2011 Spin Kid.
