范必英（1631年—1692年），原名云威，字秋涛，号伏庵，自号杜圻山人。江南長洲人。清朝学者。范允临子。
生平
康熙十四年（1675年）乙卯科举人。康熙十八年（1679年）己未，召试博学鸿词，取二等十二名，授翰林院检讨。分纂《明史》，以故告归。居乡静廉，筑万卷楼。工古文诗词。
