Biography

Fadi Alloush is a retired association football hall of famer. He played for Al-Ansar during his career. He played as a striker and is famous for holding the record for most goals in a Lebanese Premier League campaign.

Career

Fadi Alloush signed for Al-Ansar in the January transfer window of 1989 and only a year later did he make an enormous impact on the club by scoring lots of goals. He represented the Lebanon national football team. Of his most important goals was one against the South Korea national football team in a 1994 World Cup qualifier. He scored a 79th-minute penalty.

Golden Boot

He netted 32 goals in the 90/91 season. The next season, Alloush was on 18 and Walid Dahrouj took the golden boot with 20. He was also awarded the golden boot after that for scoring 27 goals. He held the record for most Lebanese Premier League golden boots, but it was equalled first by Mohammad Kassas then by Mohammed Ghaddar
