Eva Kristin Fjørtoft (født 6. mars 1954) er en norsk lokalpolitiker. Hun representerer Venstre og er fra høsten 2011 varaordfører i Sandøy kommune. Hun har vært medlem av kommunestyret fra 1999 til 2005 og igjen fra 2009.
