Enis Alushi (born 22 December 1985) is an Kosovo Albanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Maccabi Haifa, on loan from 1. FC Nürnberg and the Kosovo national team.
International career
Germany
Alushi has played for the Germany in under-19 and under-20 level and finished third in the group stage of 2004 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship.
Albania
He is of Kosovo Albanian descent, and has declared that he wants to represent Albania and contribute to the "red and black" team.
Kosovo
He made his debut for Kosovo, on 5 March 2014 against Haiti.
Personal life
In June 2011, he began dating fellow footballer Fatmire Bajramaj. The couple announced its engagement the following year. Shortly after, in September 2012 both suffered anterior cruciate ligament injuries in matches within 72 hours of each other. The couple got married in December 2013.
