He began his career with Facebook, where he worked as Social media influencer. In 2018 he founded BlueEcom. 

Engjell created something new in the world to help people in the Balkan region, get their businesses online and help them turn their store or passion into businesses around the world by helping them sell online using a platform called "Shopify".

Engjell was a Model Mode from 2010-2015 where he won first place in many world competitions for Fashion Model and represented Kosovo in many countries around the world such as Bulgaria, Czech Republic, United States, Albania. He was very well known from that time and had the interest of the whole Show TV in Kosovo and Albania
