Elşən Məmmədov — Azərbaycan rejissoru, aktyor.
Həyatı
Elşən Məmmədov 1963-cü ildə Goranboy rayonunda anadan olub. 1982-84-cü ildə hərbi xidmətdə olub. Azərbaycan Dövlət İncəsənət İnsitutunun məzunudur. 1991-ci ildən Azəbaycanfilm kinostudiyasinda əvvəl rejissor assisenti sonra rejissor kimi fəaliyyət gosterib.Hazırda televiziya sahəsində çalışır.
