Eliud Owalo is a Kenyan politician who has served as Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication & Digital Economy in the Cabinet of Kenya since 2022.
Early life and education
Owalo hails from Rarieda Constituency in Siaya County. He is grandson of the founder of the Nomiya Church Johana Owalo.
Owalo graduated from the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University.
Career
Owalo was the campaign manager for Raila Odinga in the 2013 Kenyan general election.
