Biography
Edmundo Eluchans Malherbe (Buenos Aires, 23 de agosto de 1926 - Santiago, 13 de abril de 1993) fue un abogado y político chileno
Militante del Partido Conservador Unido, fue electo diputado entre 1957 y 1961, siendo reelecto por otro período, hasta 1965.
En las elecciones parlamentarias de 1989 fue candidato a senador como independiente dentro del pacto Democracia y Progreso, sin éxito.
Casado con Florencia Urenda Zegers, tuvo 8 hijos, entre ellos el diputado Edmundo Eluchans Urenda.
