Biography
Domingo Villar (born 1971) is a Spanish crime writer. He was born and raised in Vigo, Galicia and now lives in Madrid. He has published two acclaimed bestsellers, featuring Inspector Leo Caldas. Both were originally published in Galician before being translated into Spanish and other European languages. His English-language translators are Martin Schifino and Sonia Soto. Villar has won a number of literary prizes for his work.
