H. Dirwan Mahmud, SH (lahir di Bengkulu Selatan, Bengkulu, 17 Mei 1959; umur 60 tahun) adalah Bupati Bengkulu Selatan yang menjabat pada periode 2016–2021. Ia dilantik pada 17 Februari 2016 oleh Gubernur Ridwan Mukti.
Ia pernah ditahan pada tahun 2011 karena kasus narkoba.
