Diophanès d'Éolide (grec ancien : Διοφάνης Αἰολεὺς) est un vainqueur olympique originaire d'Éolide.

Il remporta la course à pied du stadion d'une longueur d'un stade (environ 192 m) lors des 192 Jeux olympiques en 12 av. J.-C.
