Diophanès de Pruse (grec ancien : Διοφάνης Προυσαεὺς) est un vainqueur olympique originaire de Pruse.

Il remporta la course à pied du stadion d'une longueur d'un stade (environ 192 m) lors des 198 Jeux olympiques en 13 ap. J.-C.
