Denis Kostrzhevskiy (Ukrainian: Денис Костржевский) (born 29 October 1968) is a Ukrainian businessman. He is the president of a construction company and the Head of the Board of Directors of the Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany). He is also President of the Kiev construction company Miskzhytlobud.

He studied at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, then did postgraduate study at the NASU Institute of Physics between 1992 and 1993.
Between 1997 and 2006 Kostrzhevskiy was involved in Ukrainian politics. He was a member of the Verkhovna Rada, first as an assistant and then between 1998-2002, he was a MP for the Party of Greens of Ukraine. From 2001 to 2003 Kostrzhevskiy was Master of State administration for the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
