Prof. De Villiers Bester Lamprecht (26 Januarie 1942 - ) 'n Suid-Afrikaanse atleet en die eerste Suid-Afrikaner wat daarin kon slaag om 'n droommyl af te lê. Hy was ook 'n kaalvoet hardloper, soos Zola Budd. Hy is gebore in Prins Albert. Lamprecht was 'n emeritus-hoogleraar aan die Universiteit van die Vrystaat.
