David Ratcliff

David William Ratcliff (1935-2002) was Archdeacon of Scandinavia and Germany from 1996 to 2005. Brown was born in 1937, educated at Edinburgh Theological College, and ordained in 1963. After acuracies at Croydon and Selsdon he was Vicar of Milton Regis from 1969 to 1975. He worked in the Church of England's education department from 1975 to 1991. He then served in Frankfurt and Stockholm.1998-2002
