宇文昭仪，唐高祖李渊的昭仪，隋朝大臣宇文述的女儿，宇文化及、宇文智及、宇文士及的妹妹。

宇文化及被夏王窦建德和唐将李世勣联军打败，宇文士及遂和封德彝一同投奔李渊。李渊与宇文士及的关系很好，封他为上仪同。宇文士及的妹妹被唐高祖封为昭仪，非常受宠爱。她是韩王李元嘉和鲁王李灵夔的生母。贞观六年（632年）到贞观九年（635年）之间，已经是太上皇太妃的宇文昭仪在长安病逝。
