初杲（？－？），字啟昭，湖廣承宣布政使司荊州府潛江（今湖北潛江縣）人，明朝政治人物、進士出身。
生平
正德十六年，登進士，嘉靖初授監察御史，大禮議時引經抗疏，忤旨遭到廷杖，幾乎斃命。後劾都禦史席書，尋轉河南僉事，擢雲南參政，乞休辭職歸鄉。。
