Biography
Chris Lawson (born November 6, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing crew chief and former driver.
Racing career
Lawson competed in a total of four NASCAR Nationwide Series events. Lawson gained notoriety in 2011 when he replaced Jennifer Jo Cobb at Bristol Motor Speedway in the 2nd Chance Motorsports entry after Cobb left the day of the race over a dispute on being told to start and park.
Crew chief
As of 2019, Lawson served as Tanner Gray's crew chief in the ARCA Menards Series for DGR-Crosley.
