Chris Boswell

Chris Boswell is a Dubai based real estate agent working in the Dubai, London and LA markets. Since starting his career in 2006, Chris has brokered many publicised sales and has sold over 100 Palm Jumeirah properties in Dubai. Over time Chris earned the reputation of being the, 'Go-to broker' for Dubai luxury property. In 2015 Chris sold over US$100M in Dubai sales. The same year he closed the largest sale in his career, setting the record for the largest residential sale in Dubai's history at US$50M (AED 185M). In 2015 Chris founded the International Luxury Agency, CBLR Group, a boutique, international property brokerage with a portfolio of ultra luxury residential properties including London, Dubai and Los Angeles. The same year he became an advisor to Consorto, Europes only online commercial property headquartered in The Netherlands. In 2019 Chris became a partner in a Los Angeles based Proptech Company called RILA.
