Biography
陳琬（?—?），字仲廉，廣西全州人，明朝政治人物、進士出身。
生平
早年出身國子生，廣西鄉試第五名。成化十四年（1478年）戊戌科會試第九十五名，殿試登進士第二甲第四十二名，為南京戶部主事，歷官工部右侍郎。曾上疏十項措施善用國家支出，體恤民生。
