Burcu Turanal (born October 27, 1995) is a Turkish women's ice hockey player. Currently, she is a member of Milenyum Paten SK team playing as a forward. She takes part in the Turkey women's national ice hockey team.She is 1.65 m (5 ft 5 in) tall at 55 kg (121 lb).
Burcu Turanal was born in Ankara on October 27, 1995. She is a university student in her hometown.
Career
Club
Burcu Turanal is a member of Milenyum Paten SK since 2008, and plays now in the Turkish Ice Hockey Women's League (TBHBL). She enjoyed league championship In the 2011-12,2013-14 and 2014-2015 season.
Turanal took part at the 2012–13 IIHF European Women's Champions Cup - Group B matches held in Minsk, Belarus.
International
After her participation at the IIHF European Women's Champions Cup with her club, she was admitted to the Turkey women's national ice hockey team. She was part of the national team at the 2013 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B qualification matches in Izmir, Turkey. In March 2014, she was called up again for the national team. Turanal played at the 2014 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II Group B matches in Reykjavík, Iceland, at which she scored one goal for her team.
