Brigjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Budi Siswanto, M.H. (lahir Juni 1964) adalah seorang Purnawirawan Polri yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Karojianstra Slog Polri.
Budi, lulusan Akpol 1988 ini berpengalaman dalam bidang SDM. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang satu ini adalah Dirprog Sarjana STIK Lemdiklat Polri.
