Bobby Ekpenyong (born 25 December 1968) is currently the managing director summit hills estate development services limited Calabar Cross River state. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party.

Ekpenyong was born in Odukpani local government area of Cross River state. His University education was in the University of Calabar, where he studied social works in the department sociology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science.
