Bobbi McCaughey (born 1968) is American seamstress and paraeducator from Carlisle, Iowa who gained international fame for giving birth to septuplets on November 19, 1997. She was 29 at the time.
The septuplets also have an older sister named Mikayla. The seven children were named before their birth:

- Alexis May
- Natalie Sue
- Kelsey Ann
- Brandon James
- Nathanial Roy
- Joel Steven
The children attended Carlisle High School in their hometown of Carlisle, Iowa.
On the birth, Pam Belluck from The New York Times said:
Since then, the pregnancy has captured worldwide attention as both a symbol of the ultimate scientific miracle and a cautionary example of the unwanted consequences of fertility treatments.
NPR reported that the seven children are the first surviving septuplets in the world.
Earlier, a Saudi Arabian woman became the first to deliver seven live babies. But those babies were born three months premature and one month after birth, three of them died.
