Biography
Blake E. Ashforth est un psychologue enseignant-chercheur américain.
Professeur et membre du conseil d'administration de l'Université de Toronto de 1980 à 1986, il devient en 1996 le président du Arizona State University et dirige une équipe de chercheur orientée sur le travail autour du stress professionnel et plus particulièrement du syndrome d'épuisement professionnel.
