Biography
William "Billy" Reed (25 January 1928 – January 2003) was a Welsh international footballer. He was born in Rhondda.
He earned his two caps against Scotland and Yugoslavia, and was the first player to be capped while playing for Ipswich Town.
He also played for later with Welsh Football League clubs with Caerau, Milford United and Ferndale Athletic .
