Bente Amundsen (født 6. mai 1956 i Tromsø) er en tidligere norsk friidrettsutøver og norsk mester på 100 meter hekk som representerte Hamar IL.
Hun vant NM i 1972, og tok sølv to år senere da hun under NM i Hønefoss satte sin personlige rekord på 14,6 sekunder.
Hun var gift med Tomm Thorkildsen, og er mor til spydkaster og olympisk mester Andreas Thorkildsen.
